Dallas, TX - 3/30 - 4/2
The COABE conference is a cornerstone event for adult educators nationwide, spotlighting strategies to help adult learners succeed in everything from basic skills to workforce readiness. This year’s theme—expanding opportunities for adult learners—aligned perfectly with our mission to meet students where they are and prepare them for what’s next.
We were especially proud to see Angie Smajstrla from the NROC team present alongside our longtime partners at OTAN (Outreach and Technical Assistance Network), highlighting an award-winning EdReady implementation that’s driving real impact for adult learners in California.
Ames, IA - 3/31 - 4/1
Bringing together educators from across Iowa, the ICCOC (Iowa Community College Online Consortium) Annual Conference focused on expanding access to high-quality online learning. EdReady’s role in strengthening foundational math and English skills supports student persistence and success in online coursework—aligning with ICCOC’s mission to provide essential tools for community college students across the state.
NACEP Washington Policy Seminar
Washington, DC - 4/15 - 4/16
We were honored to participate in the Washington Policy Seminar, hosted by the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) , where educational leaders gathered to explore and discuss federal initiatives shaping the field, key policy trends, and upcoming legislation affecting concurrent and dual enrollment programs. While NACEP drives policy innovation, NROC provides the learning tools that help high school students thrive in college-level courses. Together, we are helping shape a more accessible and effective pathway to higher education.
