Executive Chief of Staff, Guttman Community College – CUNY (NY)
Dr. Rosslyn Knight is the former District Director of Developmental Education for the Maricopa Community College District. She brings over 25 years of experience in both K-12 and higher education environments. Dr. Knight served as Faculty Chair of Reading and ESL for Rio Salado College beginning in 2013. She joined the Maricopa Colleges as an adjunct faculty member in 2003, teaching ESL, college-level, and developmental reading courses. Dr. Knight holds a doctor of education degree in community college leadership, with an emphasis on equity and social justice, from San Diego State University, a master’s degree in education, with an emphasis on language and literacy, from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education from Vanderbilt University.
