Phil has been developing educational technology since 1999 and working with The NROC Project since 2006. Phil spends most of his time thinking about software solutions and system designs. When away from work, Phil spends his time with his family in Kansas. His favorite pastime is backpacking in the wilderness and taking pictures of nature and wildlife.
